Geotechnical Engineer - (Tunnel Design)

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of tunnel designs and construction drawings to ensure compliance with geotechnical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Prepare and submit design documentation to the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for formal approval, incorporating all required technical analyses and supporting calculations
• Manage stakeholder coordination and communication among the Client, PMC, and Site team to ensure alignment on design decisions, schedule requirements, and technical specifications
• Maintain detailed documentation of all design reviews, approvals, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and professional recommendations to support informed decision-making on tunnel design matters

**Qualifications:**

• Master's degree (M.Tech) in Geotechnical Engineering, or Tunnel Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in Tunnels engineering with demonstrated expertise in tunnel design and analysis
• Proven track record of conducting technical reviews and design assessments in accordance with established geotechnical standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong proficiency in preparing comprehensive design documentation and technical reports for regulatory and stakeholder approval
• Demonstrated capability in managing multi-stakeholder coordination and technical communication with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Thorough knowledge of tunnel construction methodologies, geotechnical investigation protocols, and relevant safety regulations
• Professional competency in design software and analytical tools pertinent to geotechnical and tunnel engineering applications
