Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Collaborate with the team at Ramsay Kitchen, learning about fine dining operations, menu execution, and delivering upscale service.
- Gain exposure to culinary operations at all venues, observing food preparation and maintaining quality and consistency in menu items.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu analysis and contributing ideas for promotions or specials.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Currently enrolled in a program, college or university, pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the hospitality team.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant
- Must be able to stoop, reach and bend as necessary.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.
- This internship position is semester, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
