Job Description
Job Summary
Marketing of Home Care Segment is a key member of a company’s Technical sales team. They provide the technical expertise that enables Create Marketing Concept by segments, create formulations by segments, market trends, consolidate current principles and look at new principles for complete formulation - one stop shop, Leader on analysis market, competitors, products advantages, market needs.
Duties and Responsibilities – Home Care Segment
Marketing functions:
1. To present of Products
2. To create new Concept/ new market trends
3. To arrange Seminar/ Road show/Portfolio promotion
4. To identify customer’s need and introduce products according segments and propose “solutions” for them.
5. To identify our competitors and propose the strategy to promote our products to market.
6. To recognize our market needs to build up the marketing presentation basic on suppliers sharing information.
7. Together with Sales team and Business Director, formulate and prioritize key customer’s list, objectives, strategy and action plan for each industry. This should be done concurrent with budget and reviewed during Projection.
8. To “continuously” follow production levels and growth rates, new product development at customers, company and industrial level. Report the same in customer visit and profile reports and industry databases.
9. To understand and report customers total requirements with the purpose of the company benchmark.
10. Making market report for suppliers & Business Director - 3rd week of month
11. Regular visit customers together with sales representatives
Sales functions:
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Emphasize product features based on analyzes of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Maintain customer records, using automated systems;
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing
Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.

❖ Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
2. 4-6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
3. Background in technical support, product development or project management

1. Market Intelligent
a. Regular visit to market to update new launch, new customers, new concept
b. Regular analysis competitors
c. Strong business sense and industry expertise
2. Essential Teamwork Skills
a. Member of a team and require good interpersonal skills.
b. Must also be able to work closely with members of the customer team, helping them to specify their requirements and understand the benefits of the company’s proposal

a. Microsoft office, excellent presentation skills
b. Ability to persuade others to change their mind and behavior, and to give full attention to what other people are saying.
