Regional Director (Northern California/Nevada)

Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Regional Director in Northern California and Nevada, reporting to Scott Engroff, Divisional Director and Senior Vice President.  Regional Directors cover strategically important and large market geographic areas in the Intermediary Sales channel and are responsible for driving sales of Allspring’s mutual funds, separately managed accounts, active ETFs, money funds and DCIO business at all broker dealers and RIAs.    Regional Directors are expected to demonstrate leadership through several avenues: leading your territory, leading our team, leading your customers, leading throughout the community, and leading your peers.  Regional Directors...
