Job Description

Business management:

  • Have ability and responsibility to understand and cascade promotion strategy to support the team to achieve their vol objectives from sales management team to direct report.

  • Plan and implement sales activities (TMKT & MKT) monthly, quarterly, yearly to obtain the activation & visibility target

  • Consult direct manager on activation & visibility plan.

  • budget & planning: manage each project within the approved budget. Proactive planning (6 months) to support the trade  

  • Source for best service (3rd party) to provide on time delivery at cost efficiency

  • Drive the excellent execution on promotion, PVA, vol projection

  • Complete all reports accurately and timely.

People management:

  • Ensure each subordinate understand the brand’s direction and adhere to PROS2.0 segmentation with appropriate brand.

  • Supervise direct subordinates in basis work routine (engage with sales, marketing, suppliers and trade)

  • Develop subordinates by in line with company’s direction (value growth), brand knowledge, client engagement, working as a team (sales & Mktg) and with open mindset

  • Ensure subordinates adhere to company policy/procedure and daily work requirement.

  • Follow up subordinate’s working performance.

Account management:

  • Ensure the smooth execution in wholesalers, retailers,  On Trade, On Line & MOFT

  • Activation report, Volume & channel analysis

  • Ensure all document (expenses & quotation) are tracked and well documented
