SharePoint Design Manager

The SharePoint Design Manager is the strategic owner of the organization’s SharePoint experience, responsible for how colleagues interact with, navigate, and use the platform. This role leads through expertise, influence, and execution, shaping a cohesive, intuitive, and engaging SharePoint environment that supports communication, collaboration, and productivity.

The role reports to the Director of Internal Communications & Engagement and closely collaborates with IT, HR, and business teams, acting as the go-to authority for SharePoint experience, standards, and best practices while remaining hands-on with design and optimization.
