Job Description
The Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) is a strategic leader responsible for developing, standardizing, and scaling the company’s EHS vision across a multi-site, geographically distributed operation. This role partners closely with Executive and operational leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, embed accountability, and ensure EHS programs align with organizational growth and operational excellence.
This leader moves beyond compliance administration to shape enterprise-wide safety strategy, influence leadership behaviors, and build a high-performing EHS organization capable of supporting a complex industrial environment.
