Transformation Specialist - School Turnaround

MGT is seeking an Transformation Specialist for the MGT School Turnaround team in Tampa, Florida. The candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of school systems and in particular building level management of all aspects of education. This person will lead and coach school the principal and leadership team for identified client (school) in a multi-year project. They will also have extensive understanding of public school systems and in particular, building level management of all aspects of education. Responsibilities will include working onsite with schools and clients in the Tampa, Florida area.
