Compensation for this role is 70 000 PLN - 73 000 PLN

 

 

How You’ll have an Impact:
You will be responsible for customer data integrity and will be the liaison to Customer Sales Management. You will help oversee CRM specific standard operating procedures. You will also facilitate reporting needs in support of the Customer Sales Division.

Essential Functions:

  • Import new customers through the customer request email queue.

  • Create new customer files in Freight Optimizer referencing search engine databases for audit; assign reps to new files.

  • Merge duplicate accounts & manage duplicate account requests.

  • Daily file maintenance:  Complete a variety of tasks within Freight Optimizer to ensure files are set up correctly, duplicates do not exist, and handle any issues that concern customer files and their set-up.

  • Identify accounts that should be associated & properly link subsidiary customers to parents.

  • Inactive Employee SOP – Manage the process of re-assigning leads when an employee is no longer with the company or switches departments.

  • Work with RXO Marketing to allocate warm leads to customer sales reps for validating the opportunity.

  • Promote external users to RXO.com and provide platform training/onboarding, as needed.

  • Determine whether the customer exists in Freight Optimizer and email the information to the account owner. If it is determined that the customer is not in our system, we create a file and send it to a qualified sales rep.

  • Complete Customer Requests for Information and other sign-up forms.

  • Provide customers with general bank account details for invoicing procedures.

  • Liaise with legal requirements to the Legal team and provide regular updates with regard to customer onboarding.

  • Monitor ongoing and future tenders, and provide support when need i.e. download matrices, find contact information, and upload quotes.
