Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our agency. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting high-quality care for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and filing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ICF regulations
  • Assist with staff scheduling, communication, and coordination
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and program materials
  • Support onboarding and HR-related tasks as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, families, and external partners

 

Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.
