POSITION SUMMARY
The main function of the Service Express Supervisor is to support the Service Express Manager with the supervision of the overall operation of the Service Express Department including the call centre, room service/in-room dining, the Business Centre, Door Attendants and telecommunications.
The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming calls and requests are attended to in a way that exceeds guests’ expectations; whilst ensuring that all operational standards are met. S/he will also take personal responsibility for solving guests’ issues and opportunities.
Requirements for this role:
- Having an outgoing personality
- Fluency in English and in other European languages
- Having a minimum of one year work experience in a supervisory role; in food & beverage or in guest service areas
- Availability to work different shifts including weekends and public holidays
