Location: Silao, GTO.
Job Purpose
Support in implementing the Process Management Organisation, drive Continuous Improvement, and the HARlis Systems. Responsibilities include leading process management related projects and workshops as well as sharing best practices
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in optimizing (end-to-end) processes considering legal, operational, and other framework conditions to reach a HARTING wide culture of continuous improvement
- Designing, deploying, using and developing all HARlis Systems and methods
- Implementing the HARTING Operations Strategy Process incl. (K)PI management and the HARlis Strategy Tools
- Measuring, monitoring, reporting and achieving targets of PcM (K)Pis
- Actively participating in best practice sharing
- Representing HARlis / Continuous Improvement internally as well as externally (conventions, associations, study trips, etc.)
- Supporting in implementation of projects in the field of process management
- Supporting (strategic) meetings and workshops
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- First professional experience desirable in the relevant field
- Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent)
