What You'll Be Doing

  • Crafting Social Strategies: Developing and implementing innovative content strategies that captivate and engage target audiences. Staying up to date with social media trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.

  • Managing Client Relations: Working closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content that resonates with their audience.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, analyzing engagement trends, managing execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and adjusting strategies to maximize reach and impact.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of social media managers. Providing professional guidance and creative oversight to ensure high-quality execution.

What You Bring to the Table

Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in social media marketing management, with a record of successful campaigns and client interactions. Experience in B2B social media and tech landscapes is an advantage.

  • Client Management: Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge for client success.

  • Creative and Analytical: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.

  • Team leadership: Proven experience in leadership and project management skills, inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.

  • Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a natural ability for creating compelling content and communicating effectively in both languages.
