Pressure Washer/ External Services Technician- Campus Services

The External Services Technician reports directly to the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) External Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for daily activities including pressure washing and various refresh activities.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, buildings, sidewalks, decks, vehicles, and machinery. - Pre-treats and rinses surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions. - Inspects and prepares work areas to ensure safety and protection of surrounding property. - Maintains and performs basic repairs on pressure washing equipment and tools. - Follows all safety...
