Group Practice Manager

The Group Practice Manager (GPM) leads a small group of O&P clinics that are combined into a group practice, to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care across a connected network of clinics. With 8–10 direct reports, the GPM ensures smooth daily operations, supports high-quality patient care, and fosters team engagement.
