Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. What You’ll Get to Do Serve meals to residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards Support residents, guests, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service Assist with additional dining services duties as needed What We’re Looking For A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required Willingness to support residents and guests with patience, respect, and compassion STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
