Water Network and Leakage Programme Technical Manager

Reporting to the Water Network Management Senior Manager, the Water Network and Leakage Programme Technical Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and driving the delivery of a Uisce Éireann’s leakage reduction strategy to enable the efficient and effective delivery of this national Portfolio. This shall include strategy development, programme scoping and definition, programme benefits realisation and reporting, resourcing and risk management. The role holder works with multiple stakeholders to drive an effective national leak management programme aligned with regulatory targets, long term asset management objectives and best practice to meet the Uisce Éireann Leakage Reduction Strategy targets.
