Consults, advises and presents alternatives to the marketing managers on possible course of action, including identifying new business opportunities. Responsible for the design, development and execution of Direct Marketing & Lead Campaigns.

Minimum Requirements.
• A relevant Honours Degree with 6 to 8 years financial and or investment experience with at least 3 years at supervisory/management level;
• Corporate/Business relationship management experience l;
• Asset management experience will be beneficial;
• Retail experience will be beneficial;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong technical skills;
• Excellent networking skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Highly motivated and self-starter;
• Well organized and dynamic;
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of retail adviser business models and client segmentation
• Experience working with Portfolio Managers, Product, Marketing and Operations in a solution-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience in retail investment distribution, adviser engagement, or private wealth platforms.
• Experience in developing or positioning bespoke investment or portfolio solutions for advisers or clients. (Beneficial)
• Advanced communication, presentation and stakeholder influence skills.
• High level of commercial judgement and strategic thinking capability.
• Ability to operate independently at senior management interaction level.


Job Specification.
• Ensuring that all internal systems and work processes works effectively.
• Accountable for the direction and management of marketing, sales and promotion of the organization’s products and services in designated market segments.
• Working with responsible business units to develop business plans and strategies to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Directing market research, product planning and advertising functions to accomplish organization objectives.
• Drive and effect education and training, presentations and proposals related to core business.
• Responsible for the monthly reporting and reconciliation process.
• Working closely with the responsible department in ensuring FIA compliance; and
• Handling customer queries and attends to all escalations.
• Strategic ownership of OMIGNAM’s retail distribution platform.
• Development and execution of retail asset growth strategy.
• Strategic adviser relationship management and segmentation.
• Portfolio led adviser engagement and education.

• Retail brand positioning and thought leadership.
• Strategic reporting and growth insight.
• Market intelligence and product feedback.
• Governance-aligned distribution discipline.
• Strategic collaboration across business units.
• Protection and growth of OMIGNAM’s retail franchise value.
