Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The position calls for multi-skilled tradesman/handyman skilled in maintenance work including basic electrical installations, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting, tiling, general maintenance on general room fixtures, bathrooms, doors, apertures and furniture.
The selected applicant must be able to work independently and to exercise initiative in order to ensure that the guest rooms are kept safe and well maintained to the highest standards commensurate with a top quality 5 star hotel.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Applicable trade qualifications or proven experience
- Pleasant personality
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
