
Business Support Associate
Job Description
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling across time zones, priorities, and leadership forums
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, transport, itineraries), optimizing schedules and managing real-time changes
- Manage and reconcile executive expenses, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate communication and engagement across senior leadership, business partners, and external stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including meetings, offsites, logistics, and documentation management
- Provide analytical and operational support, including research, reporting, and handling confidential information with discretion
- Support tracking of key business metrics, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of priorities
- Assist in preparation of management reports, presentations, and governance materials (e.g., leadership updates, reviews)
- Coordinate business routines (meetings, reporting cycles, follow-ups) to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Maintain oversight of documentation, trackers, and reporting tools to support transparency, audit readiness, and operational planning
