Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business management and growth strategy for SK-II within the Sephora channel, driving sell-out delivery and continuously improving channel performance
  • Develop and execute channel growth plans based on business data and market insights, optimizing key SKUs, campaigns, and resource allocation for maximum ROI
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with Sephora, aligning on key moments and priorities, and driving impactful marketing and promotion initiatives to deliver business growth
  • Oversee in-store activations, new product launches, and brand campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution from strategy to retail with strong conversion outcomes
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of FMOT visual merchandising standards, enhancing brand consistency and in-store consumer experience
  • Empower and elevate BA team capabilities to strengthen frontline execution and improve consumer conversion rates
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key Sephora stakeholders, leading regular business reviews, identifying gaps, and ensuring effective action follow-ups to continuously optimize channel performance


Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Key Account or channel business management; prior experience with Sephora or premium beauty retail is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to mobilize internal and external resources to deliver results
  • Strong execution capability with a results-driven mindset, able to navigate complexity and drive high-quality delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to influence frontline teams and cross-functional partners
  • Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English, especially in written communication
