Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Assist the project manager to develop the annual plan for each project and schedule monthly audit itinerary reasonably according to the annual project plan to ensure audits are completed within the specified time.

  2. Properly update audit system tasks, audit calendar and other applicable statistics/tracking forms on a timely basis to ensure audits are correctly assigned to auditors in a timely manner.

  3. Maintain communication with auditors to resolve unforeseen situations and ensure that audits are completed as planned.

  4. Work with other NSF Food Safety Department teams to assist in arranging auditor training, follow up audit witnessing.

  5. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor degree or above.

  2. Pass CET 4.

  3. Familiar with Excel and can use basic functions.

  4. Conscientious and careful, quick thinking and sense of work responsibility.

  5. Positive and lively, good teamwork and communication skills.

  6. Able to work independently and with moderate guidance to complete tasks.

     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Relevant work experience, especially in project coordination.

  2. Food or related field, familiar with food safety or audit certification field.
