Overview We are looking for an experienced, sharp‑thinking Strategy Director to lead strategic excellence across our clients and brands. This role is pivotal in shaping brand, communication and business strategies, working closely with senior clients and cross‑functional leadership to deliver impact and growth. Responsibilities Own and lead end‑to‑end strategic development across key clients and pitches Translate business challenges into clear brand, communication and experience strategies Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, contributing to long‑term growth and trust Guide and inspire strategy team members, ensuring high strategic standards and output quality Collaborate closely with Creative, Client Leadership, Data and Media teams to ensure integrated thinking, while using agency tools, network resources, and training sources. Lead strategic workshops, briefings and presentations at senior client level, engage effectively on C-level. Contribute to new business development, credentials and major pitches Stay on top of cultural, category and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable ideas Qualifications Minimum 6–8 years of experience in strategy roles within advertising, communications, brand or consulting environments Proven experience leading complex strategic projects and senior client relationships Strong ability to connect business objectives with brand, creative and media thinking Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, both written and verbal Natural leadership presence, with experience mentoring and developing strategist Proven collaboration with creative, account, or crossfunctional teams Very good use of English and Greek is a requirement (verbal and written) Additional information What’s in it for you?
