Your responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending various employee documentation, including exit letters, employment certificates, and reference letters

  • Answering emails and phone calls as the first line of support for employees

  • Performing administrative tasks related to the background check process

  • Managing company car administration tasks

  • Adding, updating, and removing employees in various HR administration systems.

  • Updating employee information in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration

  • Performing other activities and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Our requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English (min. B2)

  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Very good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well as part of a team

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
