GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
At Stancil Services, precision and communication are key to every successful project. The Scheduling Coordinator – Plumbing provides vital support to the scheduling operations team for an assigned construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim).
This role is responsible for managing administrative and coordination tasks related to scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs while maintaining smooth communication between field teams, customers, and internal departments. The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the Scheduler to ensure job readiness, maintain accurate data in scheduling platforms, and support cross-functional collaboration that keeps projects running efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to develop into a future lead role while contributing directly to Stancil’s culture of excellence, teamwork, and reliability.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Execute scheduling and coordination tasks for the assigned construction phase under the guidance of the Scheduler or Lead.
- Enter, maintain, and verify scheduling data within BOLT and Excel.
- Reviews and manages builder portals daily to identify scheduling updates and ensure timely submission and tracking of EPOs.
- Maintains daily oversight of builder portals, addressing schedule updates, EPO submissions, and building partner inquiries related to crew ETAs and unscheduled work.
- Communicate with field teams and customers to confirm job readiness, scheduling updates, and project coordination.
- Schedule and track inspections, locates, and other related services as required.
- Process and verify EPOs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support document control, data entry, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Scheduler to maintain alignment on scheduling needs and provide backup support as required.
- Crosstrain across other construction phases to provide coverage during high volume periods or staff absences.
- Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college coursework, technical or trade certification, or foreign equivalent accepted).
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with BOLT or other scheduling systems preferred.
- Experience in customer service or construction support preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Work is primarily performed indoors in an office or cubicle setting.
- Requires frequent use of hands to operate computers, tablets, and office machinery.
- Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day.
- Requires mobility to ascend or descend stairs and access office workspaces.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
- May require climbing, reaching above shoulder height, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as part of office or coordination tasks.
- Must be able to maintain focus and attention to detail during extended periods of computer use.
- Frequent communication with customers, managers, and field employees to exchange accurate information.
