Lung Navigator, Advanced Cardiothoracic Surgery, Full Time, First Shift

The Lung Navigator serves as a patient advocate, educator, and care coordinator for individuals at risk for lung disease, diagnosed with lung nodules, or undergoing evaluation and treatment for lung cancer. This role facilitates timely diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The navigator supports patients and families through the continuum of care — according to established policy and procedure as assigned by Director of Cancer Services from screening and detection to survivorship or palliative care.
