- Providing leadership and direction across global offices in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
- Direct complex employee relations matters across the U.S., offering expert guidance on investigations, absenteeism, performance management, and terminations, while mitigating organizational risk.
- Oversee and optimize the full-cycle U.S. talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with workforce planning, employer branding, and business growth objectives.
- Lead and provide strategic oversight for the HRIS data migration to Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, data integrity, and minimal operational disruption.
- Provide governance over employment contracts, offer structures, and onboarding frameworks to drive consistency, compliance, and enhanced employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by interpreting HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and informed decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure oversight and accuracy of employee lifecycle documentation, establishing controls and best practices for HR operations.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs to ensure compliance, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Drive and sponsor key HR initiatives—including HRIS implementation and management, retention strategies, compliance frameworks, and health and safety programs—to deliver measurable organizational impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CHRL, SHRM-SCP) considered an asset.
- Proven experience leading and managing a global team of HR professionals.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibilities within complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Proven experience in leading and optimizing Workday (or comparable HRIS) environments, including large-scale data migrations and system implementations.
- Extensive expertise in employee relations, with a track record of managing complex, high-risk matters and advising senior leadership.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law, with California labor law expertise considered essential.
- Demonstrated experience operating within multi-state environments, with international exposure across Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and payroll practices, with the ability to provide strategic oversight and governance.
- Exceptional leadership, judgment, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Highly strategic and execution-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bilingualism (Spanish, French) considered an asset to support a diverse and global workforce.
