Job Description
We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to the Chief People and Communications Officer to join our Human Resource Department at Fossil Group in Richardson, TX. THis is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Human Resource team at Fossil. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring the CPCO's time and resources are optimized effectively.
What you will do in this role:
Administrative Support:
Manage the CPCO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments
Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, executive committee meetings, and other key eventyPrepare and review communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the organization of team events, dinners and other engagement activities
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy
Travel Coordination:
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements
Prepare travel itineraries and assist with expense reports and reimbursements
Event and Meeting Management:
Organize and manage executive meetings, both internal and external, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and conferences
Communication Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CPCO and both internal and external stakeholdersScreen and prioritize incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Draft and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CEO when required
Project Management:
Assist in managing key projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and milestones
Help in coordinating interdepartmental teams and ensuring that projects align with strategic business goals
Research and gather information on various topics for executive decision-making
Who You Are
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, supporting C-suite executives, preferably CHRO, CPO or CPCO.
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Experience w/ global travel requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to work
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands efficiently
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic work environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and positive working relationships
