POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic talent management initiatives and succession planning to support MAHB's organizational goal        

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Talent Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that addresses current and future workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify critical roles and skills gaps across the organization.
  • Align talent management strategies with organizational objectives and business priorities.

Succession Planning & Leadership Development

  • Establish and manage a robust succession planning framework for critical roles.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Conduct talent reviews and assessments to identify high-potential employees.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) to ensure seamless execution of talent strategies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark and adopt best practices.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of talent initiatives.

Key Challenges

  • Ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in analytics and data interpretation."        

Skills

  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationship.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create momentum and organization change. Experienced in business process automation.
  •  Management System will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Knowledge in SAP HR module is an advantage.

Education

External

  • Degree Certificate preferably in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or other related field
  • Master Degree would be an added advantage

Relevant Industries

External

  • Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
