Job Description

The Ticket Operations Manager works closely with our premium team to manage the tickets for our premium areas. This role also manages full-time and part-time employees in the Ticketing Office. Product specialization will include Archtics, TM1, and Account Manager.  The Ticket Operations Manager will work directly with the Premium Sales and Service department as well as other arena teams.
