EDUCATION SPECIALIST PERIOP/AMBULATORY IN NURSING EDUCATION FULL TIME DAY SHIFT 25043

The Education Specialist coordinates the orientation, in-services, staff development and continuing education programs for nursing staff. Ensures that educational program meet the regulatory requirements and standards for practice. Meets the educational needs of both the internal and external customer at BNBMC. Works collaboratively with Nursing Management to evaluate employee performance, counseling and remediation.
