A "Master Teacher" at South Providence School will focus their time primarily on the following:

  • Coach and support teachers in delivering all tiers of an MTSS model
  • Serve as a member of the MTSS team
  • Provide instructional interventions to small groups of students
  • Design and deliver research-based professional development informed by student-level data and to improve core instruction
  • Support singleton PLCs
