Davidson Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Logistician/Warehouse Manager in Fort Worth, Texas to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain processes, optimizing storage and distribution, and leading a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.

• Proven track record in cost reduction, process optimization, and team leadership.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with international shipping and customs compliance.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Clearance:

• Must be willing to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
