Job Description

Short Description

The L&D and Engagement Business Partner works closely with business leaders and the SEA L&D Business Partner to design, deliver and continuously strengthen talent and leadership capabilities, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that are aligned with business priorities.

Learning and Development

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and support in creating an annual training schedule
  • Design, develop, and update internal training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other relevant resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs
  • Act as a strategic partner and hands-on facilitator to cultivate sustainable learning and talent growth across the organization
  • Responsible for monitoring all training courses of Product Lines and ensuring it is within training budgets and issuing the training contract, if required.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to make necessary improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements such as Department of Skill Development

Onboarding

  • Conduct Welcoming procedure & Orientation Training for newcomers through coordination with relevant departments, demonstrating our value of efficiency and effective cross-functional communication.
  • Follow up new staff onboarding survey, probation and rotation
  • Monitor COE completion of employees in line with timeline of BV Global policy

Engagement

  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, townhalls, team-building activities, and wellness programs
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
  • Track and analyze training and engagement metrics, such as participation rates, feedback scores, and employee satisfaction surveys

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field with at least 2-years experience in HR
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Operates with high ownership and capable of managing projects end-to-end
  • Purpose-driven about people development and growth
  • Confident to influence without authority and can build trust with stakeholders
  • Working Location: Bangkok
