Job Description
Ouachita Valley Family Clinic in Camden, AR is seeking an FP to join their group of 7 primary care providers which include 3 FP physicians, 2 PAs, and 2 APRNs. The ideal candidate will be a physician who plans to practice in the community for many years and enjoys working with patients with a high level of complexity. The position requires seeing all types of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. The opportunity entails seeing a patient load of anywhere from 22-40 patients per day (based on physician preference), 4.5 days per week. The general medical call will be 1:6. This opportunity is an employment agreement with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), a subsidiary of Baptist Health. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus opportunity, and potential student loan assistance and generous benefits. All physician positions are for Board Certified or Board Eligible MDs or DOs. This opportunity does qualify for a J-1 visa waiver. All physicians must be able to obtain Arkansas licensure before they begin practicing.
