JOB PROFILE:
About the Role
As Cruise Director, you are the face of the guest experience onboard. You create moments of Wonder by managing the daily cruise program, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional touring experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the daily cruise program in line with company standards and financial guidelines
Host daily briefings, provide engaging commentaries, and accompany all excursions and events
Ensure top-quality service from local guides, drivers, restaurants, and other partners
Build strong working relationships with guests, crew, and local suppliers
Manage guest feedback (E-Surveys), reporting, and daily cruise documentation
Oversee guest embarkation/disembarkation and transfer arrangements
Supervise Enrichment/Activity Managers and coordinate onboard programs
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Scenic products and Travel Vouchers
Ensure safety, compliance, and readiness in all cruise operations
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or cruise operations is an advantage
