Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Greet express service customers promptly and manage high-volume traffic efficiently
- Assist customers with routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Present maintenance recommendations, timelines, and pricing clearly
- Coordinate with express technicians to ensure fast and accurate service completion
- Monitor workflow and keep customers informed of status updates or delays
- Identify and recommend additional maintenance needs based on vehicle condition
- Prepare and finalize repair orders quickly and accurately
- Deliver a fast, professional, and positive customer experience
- Maintain organization and flow within the express service lane

Express Service Advisor Qualifications
- Previous automotive, express service, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable learning dealership systems and service processes
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
