The HR Generalist will manage and support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR matters and provide guidance and support to both employees and managers. They also work closely with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization.
