Job Description
About this Position Implement category growth strategy and optimize real-time sales plan in T-mall channel. To deliver business results ensured by agile strategy, seamless operation, and efficient execution. What you´ll do With full awareness on market dynamics and competitive landscape, implement monthly activation plan, key shopping festival campaigns and live-streaming plan in line with channel strategies. Perform ongoing analysis on operation metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate, consumer behaviors and paid media efficiency) to optimize real-time sales strategy, aiming at achieving business performance and maximizing the efficiency of marketing activities. Be responsible for Value Chain and set commercial KPIs, including cost, sellout, inventory, etc. Work closely with both internal cross-function teams and external parties.
