Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Quality Assurance organization, encompassing both incoming raw material quality and in-process plant quality. This role oversees product and process development, variation reduction, customer complaint resolution, product cost control, and chemical/material safety. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence through disciplined systems and continuous improvement.
