Program Specialist II - Rotational program

We are seeking a Senior Advanced Data Analyst to support our Program Management Office through data tracking, analysis, and reporting on training outcomes. You will develop analytical models, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and deliver insights to drive program improvements and decision-making. This role also manages and optimizes SharePoint to support communication and collaboration. The position reports to the Senior Program Director and follows a hybrid schedule in the location hired (Phoenix, AZ, Clearwater, FL, or Minneapolis, MN)
