In this role, the Product Sales Specialist will properly respond to create and win sales opportunities for Service Sales products in a list of named accounts within the assigned territory. The Product Sales Specialist is the technical and sales expert for his/her assigned service products. Responds to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions. The Product Sales Specialist is expected to be able to differentiate GE’s service offerings in the market.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Sales Specialist (Service Sales) to grow and develop existing customer accounts across West Russia.

This role focuses on account development and expansion, working closely with customers to respond to incoming requests and maximize sales opportunities. You will act as both a trusted partner and product expert, helping customers get the most value from GE HealthCare service solutions.

As Product Sales Specialist you will:

  • Drive growth across your accounts by turning every customer interaction into a sales opportunity
  • Convert incoming requests into revenue, maximizing value from existing customer demand
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and position yourself as a go-to advisor
  • Identify needs and shape solutions that clearly demonstrate the value of GE HealthCare services
  • Expand business within accounts by uncovering new opportunities beyond the initial request
  • Own your pipeline, ensuring strong coverage and reliable forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused solutions

What you need to have:

  • Completed higher education (BSc, MSc). Degree in technical, medical, or finance-related field would be your advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a technical environment
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Excellent communication skills (local language + good English)
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Readiness for occasional business trips
