Construction Project Manager

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager with responsibility for three (3) or more phases of construction namely pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases
• Strong construction contract knowledge and ability to mitigate risk
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, delegation, coaching, communication (verbal, written and interpersonal)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
• OSHA 40
Preferred Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare construction/ hospital
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
