This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and sustainable. Additionally, the role includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements. - Assist in monitoring project progress and provide feedback to ensure business objectives are met. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology-enabled solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. - Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to drive transformation initiatives.
