Job Description

Central Bank is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Teller. This role offers a fast‑paced, engaging work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Teller serves as the face and voice of our organization and is expected to present a professional image while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process a variety of financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Balance an assigned cash drawer daily and identify and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
  • Actively listen to customers and always communicate positively and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services that are customer‑focused and solution‑oriented.
  • Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for both traditional and non‑traditional products and services.
  • Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success.
  • Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed.
  • Perform all teller duties in compliance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
