Halff is seeking to hire a Community Planner to join our Texas Planning Team with the option of several of our office locations. The ideal person for this position can thrive in a collaborative work environment with an interdisciplinary team of planners, landscape architects, and engineers. Bachelor’s degree in community/urban planning or a closely related field from an accredited university. 1-4 years of experience in a planning capacity. Strong knowledge of and experience with computer programs (GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office programs, InDesign) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents. Supporting dynamic project teams, conducting public engagement activities, creating GIS maps and graphics, and preparing plan documents.
