Overview As an Account Manager, Influencer, your job is to partner with clients to relentlessly pursue innovative creative thinking, with a focus on identifying and leveraging new trends, executing programs, and developing client relationships. An essential ingredient of your success is to tell the client’s story and relentlessly pursue the best ROI, and the ability to partner and collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a passionate team leader with very strong creative, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities. A strategic, creative and analytical thinker who can create cross-channel media strategies for our clients Please note this is a one-year contract term. Responsibilities Lead integrated influencer and social campaigns that deliver against client objectives and business goals. Build strong client relationships through clear communication, thoughtful counsel, and proactive account management. Develop influencer strategies, including partner selection, vetting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, paid media integration, and reporting. Stay ahead of Canadian social and influencer trends, sharing insights and opportunities with clients and internal teams. Partner with creative, media, analytics, production, and IAT teams to bring campaigns from idea to launch. Create compelling social content and guide creative development across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X. Manage campaign timelines, assets, trafficking, budgets, invoicing, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail. Support organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client relationships. Coach and mentor team members while helping foster an inclusive, collaborative culture. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in public relations, with a strong foundation in consumer, lifestyle, health, or integrated brand communications. Hands-on experience across media relations, influencer programs, social media, and events. Strong understanding of today’s social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X. A creative, strategic thinker who can develop smart PR programs and bring fresh ideas to clients. Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment and leads with curiosity, initiative, and care. Post-secondary education in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field. Salary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$68K-$75K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
