Manager HR Digital & HCM

Role purpose: The Manager, HR Digital & HCM will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for advancing digital transformation across the organization in partnership with the Director, HCM and HR Digitalization. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems and tools to enhance employee experience, data integrity, and process efficiency. The role will drive multiple concurrent projects, coordinate across departments, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to deliver scalable HR technology solutions, while also managing a team of Analysts and Coordinator.
