Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Lead to support day-to-day facility operations, execute site projects, and oversee shipping and receiving activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, coordinating vendors, and leading a small team to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our site running efficiently while supporting projects and logistics that directly impact the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in facilities and operations while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily facility operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and on-site service activities
- Assist with office moves, space setups, and small facility projects
- Help execute site upgrades and track project tasks and timelines
- Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, including inbound/outbound shipments
- Coordinate deliveries and work with internal teams and external carriers
- Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas and track materials and inventory
- Identify issues, provide updates, and escalate as needed
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, operations, or logistics
- Experience coordinating vendors and supporting projects
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Be able to work onsite Monday through Friday
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in office, lab, or light industrial environments
- Exposure to handling high-value equipment or materials
- Basic knowledge of building systems or workplace safety practices
- Supply chain degree or certification
Pay Range
USD $82,000.00 - USD $103,000.00 /Yr.
