We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Experience team in Barcelona and help us continue building a great employee experience. In this role, you will take ownership of core HR processes such as employment documentation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and day-to-day employee support, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with company values and local regulations. You will also be involved in end-to-end recruitment for Spain as part of our wider Talent Acquisition team, supporting business growth through thoughtful hiring processes and contributing to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building strong relationships, and being a trusted point of contact in an international and collaborative environment. A solid understanding of Spanish employment legislation is important to ensure compliant HR operations. Please note that this role does not involve providing legal advice. You will work closely with the HR Manager and play a key role in strengthening HR delivery and enhancing the overall employee experience in Spain.
